Introduction

PPT Pro ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the PPT Pro application and website.

PPT Pro is a self-tracking and organizational tool. The app allows users to enter, store, and view their own protocol and scheduling information. PPT Pro does not generate, recommend, or provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All health-related information stored in the app is entered directly by the user. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and use of their data.

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address, required to create and manage an account
  • Authentication information from login providers or email-based access

User-Entered Protocol Data

  • Compound, peptide, or protocol names entered by the user
  • Dosing schedules and timing entered by the user
  • Dose logs and history recorded by the user
  • Injection site selections entered by the user
  • Inventory and supply tracking data entered by the user

Device & Technical Information

  • Device type and operating system
  • App usage metrics
  • Error and crash diagnostics

How We Use Your Information

We process information based on user consent and to provide the app functionality requested by the user. Information is used to:

  • Operate and maintain the app
  • Sync user data across devices
  • Display reminders and notifications, if enabled by the user
  • Improve app performance and reliability
  • Respond to support requests

Data Storage & Security

User data is stored using secure systems and protected by industry-standard security practices.

We use trusted third-party service providers for application infrastructure, authentication, data storage, and communication services. These providers process data solely on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal or health-related data.

Google Calendar (Optional)

If you connect Google Calendar, we request access to create and manage calendar events for your dose schedule. We only create, update, and delete events that PPT Pro creates; we do not read or modify your existing calendar events or any other calendar data.

We may store a connection token and event identifiers so we can keep your dose events in sync. You can disconnect at any time in Settings > Calendar, which removes all PPT-created events from your Google Calendar.

Your use of Google Calendar is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Health Data Privacy

This section provides additional information about how we handle user-entered health-related data, as required by applicable U.S. state health data privacy laws.

Health-Related Data We Handle:

  • Protocol schedules and dosing information entered by the user
  • Compound and peptide names entered by the user
  • Injection site selections entered by the user
  • Inventory tracking data entered by the user

Purpose of Processing:

To provide tracking, organization, and record-keeping features requested by the user.

We Will Never:

  • Sell health-related data
  • Use health-related data for advertising or marketing
  • Share health-related data except with service providers necessary to operate the app

HIPAA Notice

PPT Pro is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not operate as a healthcare provider, insurer, or medical clearinghouse. Data stored in PPT Pro is not subject to HIPAA protections.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Export your data (e.g., in-app PDF summary or CSV download; for a full copy of your data, contact support@ppt.pro)
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

In-app export and account deletion are available in Settings. For a full copy of your data or other requests, contact support@ppt.pro.

Privacy rights may vary depending on your location. We comply with applicable privacy laws based on the user's state or country of residence. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing us. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may also contact their state Attorney General.

Data Retention

Data is retained while an account remains active. When an account is deleted, associated data is permanently removed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Children's Privacy

PPT Pro is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected within the app by updating this policy and the “Last Updated” date.
